At present I am starting a new lab at the SickKids Research Institute. Previously, I have completed postdoctoral fellow training at the Morris Lab at the Donnelly Center/Banting and Best Department of Medical Sciences working with Quaid Morris and many of the wonderful students in his lab. I have received my PhD in Machine Learning from Carnegie Mellon in 2007. My main interests are in statistical modeling of genetic processes, network analysis and social networks. See my Research page and Publications for more info.
